Trinity Business School’s Executive MBA Ranked Highly in The Economist
The Economist has published its global rankings for 2018, with Trinity Business School’s Executive MBA programme at Trinity College Dublin coming in at 44th place worldwide. This is an improvement of 15 places, from 59th last year. Trinity’s Executive MBA is also ranked first place in Ireland and is the only Irish Executive MBA to feature in the global top 50.
Commenting on the significance of the ranking, Professor Andrew Burke, Dean of Trinity Business School said: “This ranking demonstrates that Trinity Business School’s ambitious high growth strategy is bearing fruit. The School is the fastest growing School in Europe, growing 78 per cent in the last two years alone. Trinity is well-known for its world-class research, but it is the combination of research plus industry experience that gives Trinity graduates an edge on the competition. The timing of the announcement coincides with the School expansion of Executive Education programmes.”
Career performance and progression are key indicators in The Economist rankings, with Trinity graduates ranking highly in all areas related to careers, including promotions after graduation. Trinity Business School has invested heavily in careers support, building a dedicated team for MBA students and alumni.
Trinity Business School will shortly move into its new €80 million building on Trinity’s campus, centrally located, with Dublin’s global business hub and internationally focused industry on its doorstep.
