Digital Hub Selects CBRE for Facilities Management Services Contract

The Digital Hub has selected CBRE to provide outsourced integrated facility management services throughout its campus site. Following a competitive public tendering process across the EU, the contract was awarded to CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), a specialist division within the CBRE Group, which supports occupier clients of all sizes through facilities management, project management, advisory and transaction services.

The appointment will see CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provide a broad range of integrated facilities management services across the entire Digital Hub enterprise campus – currently over 70,000 sq. ft. of lettable office space located across nine buildings. The campus is home to 80 established businesses, employing over 750 people.
